Predestination– Does God Predestinate Some People To Hell?

Romans 8:29-30 (King James Version)
29 For whom he did foreknow , he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate , them he also called : and whom he called , them he also justified : and whom he justified , them he also glorified .
In our Bible Study on Wed. evenings we are studying the Book of Romans and these verses were brought up for discussion. Someone asked, “so does this mean that God The Father predestined some people to go to hell?” And the class had different opinions as is natural, but anyway it was never brought to a concrete answer…. This has been on my mind, I’ve been studying about it some and the answer that I’m most comfortable with ( which by the way, may be totally wrong) is this:  I believe that God predestine’s each one that has Ever been concieved, to go to Heaven and be with Him when we die, for He Loves each one. BUT, He also gives us the FREE WILL to decide that for ourselves and there are those who Never Believe, who choose to live their live’s the way they want to and not worry about what will happen or if there is an “Afterlife.” God, being All-Knowing, knows who these folks are before they’re ever concieved and of course also the ones who will believe and accept Jesus as their Personal Saviour. But He does not get in the way of our decision to be Saved or to continue to be Lost, ACCEPT, to send “The Word” and make it available to All.
Again this is my conclusion, my answer. I Don’t believe that God predestines Anyone to Hell. But I do believe there will be more going there than to Heaven. I welcome your thoughts on the subject.
